CAPTURE - FINAL PIECE

For my final piece i went through a number of different ideas and designs which i have developed and tried to evaluate what i felt worked best. I have decided that when using my own photos my work was a lot better as i was able to work with them with ease and were better quality, therefore i have decided to take my own photos again. I have done these photos in a different style to my others as i have also looked into new artists, alec soth and david hockney, form this i have found a different style of photography which is more of a modern day and casual style, however still have elements of the archive photos i used, such as the use of colour and the dated effect i have created through editing. I have also decided to print these images smaller as i believe this was the most effective way of presenting my photos, however i would also have liked to be able to experiment with ways such as projecting them onto a wall. I have decided not to use text on these images as i feel they are fairly self explanatory and wanted to keep with the effect of simple.
