CHANCE - LINO WORKSHOP

The lino workshop, for me was the most enjoyable and successful part of the week as i feel i made some good and effective pieces in this day's workshop, despite the fact that i have not had any experience in lno printmaking. Therefore lino is definitely something i would like to explore further and experiment with in the next stages of my work.

My final piece is influenced by artists such as alphonse mucha but in a more simplified form. This gave my piece a sense of simplicity and elegance creating a peaceful atmosphere. Although did not have many layers to my piece i still feel i was effective and possibly extra layers would take away the innocence and sophistication to the print.
